Even though the campaigning on both sides will continue – the game is up.
Bernie Sanders has acknowledged that he cannot win, but will continue to try and build up his support as much as possible in order to have leverage to move the Democratic platform to the left, as much as possible, during the democratic convention.

I congratulate Secretary Clinton on her victories tonight, and I look forward to issue-oriented campaigns in the 14 contests to come.
I am proud that we were able to win a resounding victory tonight in Rhode Island, the one state with an open primary where independents had a say in the outcome. Democrats should recognize that the ticket with the best chance of winning this November must attract support from independents as well as Democrats. I am proud of my campaign’s record in that regard.
The people in every state in this country should have the right to determine who they want as president and what the agenda of the Democratic Party should be. That’s why we are in this race until the last vote is cast. That is why this campaign is going to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia with as many delegates as possible to fight for a progressive party platform that calls for a $15 an hour minimum wage, an end to our disastrous trade policies, a Medicare-for-all health care system, breaking up Wall Street financial institutions, ending fracking in our country, making public colleges and universities tuition free and passing a carbon tax so we can effectively address the planetary crisis of climate change.
The only way he fails to achieve his objectives now is if his fanatical supporters, or the “Bernie or Bust” crowd were to carry on acting as surrogate Trump supporters. Neither Hillary nor Bernie will be launching any Trump like personal assaults, Cruz like deceptions, Stupidparty like Myths—
No they will both behave like adults.
Bernie fans who continue personal attacks on Hillary will be stabbing Bernie in the back, stabbing progressives in the back and posing a similar existentialist threat towards humanity as represented by those guilty of supporting the stupidparty and those guilty of falling for false equivalence.

Hillary is not a great candidate -in that she is not a natural on the stump. Life has made her to be somewhat distrustful, lacking in transparency and overly cautious. But by all all accounts her perceived stiffness, lack of candor or spontaneity is not really who she is. Her political life has been much more complex than Bernie’s. But she is tough, extremely knowledgeable and resilient. Her grasp of policy (whether you agree with such policies or not, is second to none.) Bernie has already made Hillary a better candidate and he can continue to encourage her to tap into all the energy that he has created. She will need our help and we have to have her back. Bernie will have her back -because he is a good guy.
So now we have it – we must identity and confront our enemies. Yes we can give non Bernie or Bust Sanders fans plenty of latitude, yes of course you can keep voting for Bernie, promoting his platform. It is hard to argue against his core contentions. But all personal attacks on Hillary must stop. If Hillary did anything wrong regarding emails, which I highly doubt, then the justice system will work its course. But no one should be interested in an idiot with an opinion. The same goes for her speech fees (this was always a moronic attack) and no, Hillary is not like a typical political liar –research shows that Stupidparty lies are 1,000% more “voluminous” the either Bernie or Hillary. So get with the program. Meanwhile Trump is the perfect Klandidate

Trump will be the Stupidparty nominee – right now I am now going to explain why – but we knew this outcome last August. I have tried to explain to Bernie supporters that this movement is bigger than Hillary or Bernie. We are in a transition stage. It was started with Obama and will be continued with Hillary. It seems like negative views of Hillary are the result of the RWNJ repub hate talking points being repeated over and over since the 1990s. No one seems to know exactly what it is that Hillary has done either. No matter what we need to get our political ducks in a row first: White House, Supreme Court, Senate & House. When we do get them, progressive bills will fly from the Capitol to the White House. However Bernie folks don’t believe me and are stuck on Hillary hate. Sometimes they sound like repubs. They have a very wrong view of her. We are so close to having a left leaning government, if we don’t blow it.
Hillary is no FDR, am an who was from New York. Switch the labels around, if you wish. Bernie would make a real difference because he is real. I have seen Hillary Clinton run for President twice and, to me, she is not compelling. She’s not a social fighter. She makes excuses.
